Blue Bottle Coffee

These photos are from a small local coffee shop in San Francisco, CA, named Blue Bottle Coffee Co. They make this unique coffee via pure distilled water boiled over thermal lamps. You don't even see it boil. Then, using nifty science, poof! You have the greatest cuppa coffee ever. If you are ever visiting SF, I highly recommend them. They are across the street from the old (2nd) San Francisco Mint ("Granite Lady"). Thank you all, and I hope you enjoy it.
