Into The Blue...
This image represents what Flickr is like on the weekends. It feels empty 'round here weekend after weekend. Ya'll must be out doing something fun while the rest of us are hoping to check out some new photos. My weekends usually include a lack of plans and nothing to do, unless I make an effort to go do something (which is usually a photo adventure).
Also: Bear with me while I get this Lensbaby obsession out of my system. There are all these images that I've wanted to take for awhile that have involved the Lensbaby Composer Pro and I couldn't, until now.
After I took this shot I went home and installed Magic Lantern on the 5D MKIII. I played around with Dual ISO for a good part of the night and have concluded it's going to be a useful tool. The dynamic range you get from it is insane; pure insanity. Dual ISO would've helped with this image a bit since I shot it at ISO 6400. I think it'll come in more handy when I shoot at ISO 100 to ISO 400.
