The Fun Ship (TSS Duke of Lancaster)
View on black
Mention the Fun Ship to most people in North Wales and they'll instantly know that you're referring to this - the TSS Duke of Lancaster. A steamer passenger ship that was at sea from 1956 to 1979, it's now sat in permanent dock at Llanerch-y-Mor near Mostyn. It was originally intended to be used as a leisure centre but those days are long gone. Now it sadly stands there, rotting and rusting and looking a shadow of it's former glory days.
