Those boots were made for walking

Friday!! I repeat: FRIDAY!!! Yes, it is Friday! And TGIF in my case!! I had a very busy week, so I’m glad to see that my favorite day is here!

Today’s theme in Looking close…on Friday Group is: shoes!! Which I love!! I have almost as many pairs of shoes as I have pictures lol

But of course, showing you my shoes would be sooooo boring (especially for the men), so I had to find an extra pair of shoes for this occasion. And, remember there is always an occasion for an extra pair of shoes!! If not: you will have to create one by yourself (like a Flickr challenge for instance) !!

I have 2 sons and they are only interested in video games so no tiny shoes in my home… I was thinking about breaking in to my neighbor’s house (they have 2 girls) and just borrow a few tiny doll's shoes but this plan was risky and I definitely don’t encourage any “breaking in” situation (we will have to live next to them for a next few years so I want to keep my reputation crispy clean ... stop laughing this is serious !!) ...

So last solution: I had to buy this extra pair of shoes at my local thrift store…

Let just say: it was really cheap, really pink and we are talking high heal boots, people!! And look how comfortable they are!! I can run or even dance (if only I knew how to dance) ! I have huge feet (for a woman, but if you compare with a Yeti, I’m a modest average size!), and the boots fit perfectly (on my fingers…). It was a perfect find ! I had to buy theses beauties!! The only question that remains: are these shoes suitable for work? We have a dress code, people!!!

TGIF !!!

Here is my contribution to the amazing Looking close ...on Friday Group but also (yes, another double challenge !!) to the awesome Color my World Daily Group, and today is blue.

Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts / positive vibes!! It is truly appreciated! Have a great day and see you soon!!
