Another Statistic

Last weekend some friends and I took a trip to Yosemite. We stayed at Korey's (pictured) cabin which was about 40 minutes outside Yosemite. We decided to do a quick strobist sessions with our down time the night before we headed into the park.

Strobist 411:
1 Vivitar back left sholder for rim light @ 1/4 Power.
1Canon 550EX @1/4th shot through an umbrella as a main light shot just out of camera right. Had to slide it over to the right a few times to get the right amount of shadow in between the main light and rim.
Shutter was at 1/250 as the sun had just stated to cooperate.
