Espresso Club
This cafe is about a 10 minute bus ride (#1020) from Gyeongbokgung Station. I first went here while I was working up in Pyeongchangdong, because I would pass it all the time on my busride to work. It's a pretty laid-back, quiet little place with a serious dedication to coffee, offering beans from all around the world including Ethiopia and Kenya.
In search of a new cafe to work at, I toted my laptop there and ordered the cafe au lait. They serve it as a dessert coffee here, with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and a topping of sunflower seeds. Oh, and it's spiked with white wine, which really didn't help me get my work done at all.
