Boycott P&G Day 08 - Auckland, New Zealand 1
"Here's photos of actions in our cities in NZ (Christchurch, Auckland, Dunedin, Hawkes Bay, Palmerston North). More to follow. Everyone has reported it went well, with lots of people pledging to stop buying P&G products! I would say thousands of leaflets were distributed on Saturday around NZ!
The Auckland action was on Prime News on Saturday night!

A very positive item. Hans Kriek our media spokesperson also did an interview on the Newstalk ZB radio station." - Sacha Dowell, Campaign Officer, Save Animals From Exploitation (SAFE) - www.safe.org.nz
Saturday 17th May 2008 was the 12th annual Global Boycott Procter & Gamble (P&G) Day. P&G routinely poison & kill animals to develop new cosmetics (eg. Olay, Max factor, Pantene), cleaning products (eg. Daz, Flash, Ariel) and even their 'pet' food brand (Iams/Eukanuba).
