Somewhere over the Hills
A couple of weeks ago I went on a spontaneous trip to the Kaiserstuhl region with fellow landscape photographer Dennis Fischer. It couldn't have been a better time to go there: The hills were freshly green, the flowers blooming and the sky full of my favorite fluffy clouds. It was a delight just to walk there and absorb the fresh air. Even though I probably have said this quite a few times, I can only repeat it again: For me the Kaiserstuhl is one of the most beautiful regions in Germany. If you ever are near it, don't forget to visit it. It's one of these spots in Germany that despite their beauty are not so touristique yet.
