Police cuts kick in

Was out learning panning techniques today when I shot what appears to be a driverless traffic car passing St Dunstans on the A259.

 

I knew police cuts were in the news on Monday - www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-sussex-11288184 but this is surely going too far?
