The Traveler
My second guitar build, this is a three string cigar box guitar using a Montecristo cigar box. I made this a shorter 23" scale neck so that it was more proportionate to the size of the box. It has a Piezo pickup inside under the bridge and a single coil neck pickup. I also installed a three way toggle switch for the pickup selection and a single volume control. I used a brass butt hinge for the tailpiece and made the bridge from a piece of oak and a bit of fret wire.
I bought some original 1930's 'Traveler' cigar labels on eBay and used one on here.
