Thurne Dyke Drainage Pump.
Thurne Dyke was built in 1820 by Millwrights England & Co of Ludham and stands beside the River Thurne and at the mouth of the Thurne Dyke.
The Mill was built with common sails to power its scoop wheel, these were up-rated to Patent sails in 1835.
A gale in 1919 blew the cap off and in 1936 it ceased working.
1949 the mill was derelict and was saved from destruction by Bob Morse.
