Franz Josef glacier, New Zealand

I have some brief internet so I just wanted to post up my favourite shot from yesterday, of the awesome Franz Josef glacier on the South Island of New Zealand. New Zealand is blessed to have two of only three glaciers world-wide that are surrounded by rainforest. Highly unusual and incredibly fragile. This glacier is retreating at the moment at a rate of knots. Pretty shocking to see where the glacier used to be even twenty years ago. But an incredibly beautiful and inspiring place. And the blues you see in the photo are real. I haven't processed the photo at all. It's a single shot, straight out of the camera, even though it looks like an HDR!
