Mobile Rocket Launcher (partly MOC)
MOC. It doesn't look very good, but it has playability with the supports locking the rocket while in transport mode. They fold down on the sides when it's time to launch. You don't have to break the rocket in half to launch it like in the original design.
There's a fuel hose which meets up with a hole in the rocket. Another pair of arms keeps the rocket from sliding forward, and also have launch warning lights.
The whole thing turns on one of those old 2*3 propeller plates.
