Stranger 552 - Annabelle
Annabelle is a trainee herbalist who enjoys flow art and dance. She was sitting on the grass with a young man. He looked familiar, he confirmed that I had photographed him as part of my project. It was Fabian, my stranger 378, I had met him in March 2017.
Annabelle agreed immediately when I asked if I might photograph her. We chatted for a little before I asked her to move out of the really strong sunlight into the shade of a nearby tree.
After taking a few portraits, I asked Annabelle if she would be happy for me to take some shots of her with her hula hoop. I only had an 85mm lens with me, so I had to keep asking her to move back so that I could get her whole body in the shot.
Annabelle told me that she had studied dance in Costa Rica and that she was originally from Montana.
Thank you Annabelle for being part of my project it was great to meet you and to see Fabian again.
