The White Peak

Once the mist in the Manifold valley disappeared I set off back over the tops of Wetton Hill towards my car. I was surprised (and rather pleased) that the fog inversion was still going strong to the east. Back of Ecton is in the fog below, and in the distance the Upper Dove valley is also still in the thick of it!

Done
