Snow on the Rocks

Snow covering the small piece of limestone pavement at the top of Lathkill Dale

 

After walking to Dovedale I had an afternoon wander around Lathkill Dale. Forecasted clearance never happened, although the sky to the northwest started to brighten towards dusk
