Fleeting Sunrise

From last Sunday. I was out with No. One son for a walk (not hanging around taking photos in his words). Parked at side of A515 near Alsop (keeping near main road as snow was forecast).

 

Snow started as we started walking and continued on and off all day with considerable accumulations in very strong winds. Sunrise vanished very quickly as storm blew through, and a lot of my shots, like this, were taken with my back to the wind in driving snow
