Carved Door Lintel, Sheffield

This carved lintel is on the building on the corner of York Street and Church Street in Sheffield UK. I don't know what "NP" (or "PN") stands for. If anyone can tell me I would be grateful. Pevsner and Wikipedia don't mention it.
