Zographus close

Extreme macro of the eye of Zographus regalis centralis (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae).

 

Studio work based on 148 images (steps of 3µm using StackShot), assembled in Zerene Stacker (Pmax). Sony A6500 + adapters + Canon FD bellows, Rodenstock Apo-Gerogon 240/9 (as tube lens), Mitutoyo planapo 10x, ISO-400, 1/160sec, -0.3step, daylight led, diffused with tracing paper.
