Margarita: Simple Syrup
From the previous step, I figure I want to end up with 8 C of sugar and 8 C of water.
Because I don't like things as sweet, I'm going to use 7 C of sugar, and 9 C of water. (All of this can be pretty approximate.)
What you want is to end up with about 2.5-3 quarts of simple syrup to add to the three quarts of fruit juice.
