The current political madness in my country reminds me of the way the weather changes in the mountains. As Lermontov puts it,

“He in his madness prays for storms and dreams that storms will bring him peace," but, just like the mountain storms that don't last long, demagoguery will eventually dissipate, and thugs, pathological or not, will fall.
