Chaos strikes again...
The rise of disposable income has lead to rapid growth in the number of vehicles in cities. Low cost vehicles like the Tata Nano will only serve to escalate the issue. Bombay (Mumbai) and Bangalore seems to be the worst affected.
It is high time that the Indian government introduces some sort of congestion tax or some sort of "incentive" to dissuade people from using their vehicles daily.
