One cannot imagine Bombay’s beaches without the de-facto bhuttawallas. Consuming bhutta (corn) on the beach is part of “Indian tradition” that simply refuses to die. This photo was shot at Chowpatty, Bombay on a rather cloudy but relatively dry monsoon day.
