Bhutta nights...
Known as 'bhutta' or 'Makkaai' in Hindi, the Indian version of Corn on the Cob is a healthy, tasty treat that must be high on your list of to-do's in India.
"Bhutta-wallas" (corn vendors) are found on almost every street and most definitely near tourist attractions.
The corn is usually roasted for 4 minutes or so over a coal fire before being seasoned with salt and chilli powder that has been infused with lime juice.
