Plugging in at the Create Centre

The Create Centre is in the lower floor of a bonded warehouse, built in 1908 to hold tobacco and similar goods that would need to go through customs at the port. It is now a centre for sustainability and recycling, and was a recharging point for the city council's G-Wiz electric cars.
