St Peter's, Ipsley
St Peter's Church in Ipsley, today a suburb of Redditch close to where I currently live, but formerly a small village on the Worcestershire/Warwickshire border (which over the centuries has fluctuated so that the church has stood in both counties in different periods!)
The church is essentially medieval but has been much altered and restored; the original tower and nave survive but the aisles have disappeared, leaving the curious effect of the nave arcades being left visible embedded in the outer walls, inside and out! The chancel seems to be a Victorian rebuilding.
