The Leonard Cohen songs has been the soundtrack of most of my adult life.

 

His first album came out in 1968, when I had just started Art school.

 

I have distant memories of rooms filled with sigarette smoke, the taste of cheap red wine and his soft voice telling us about Suzanne. Since then his music has been so very dear to me.
