Dinner for one this evening

I made it all from scratch. It was fresh and nutritious and madly excellent. From left clockwise, we have ..

 

Oven-warm tacos filled with beans that were mixed up with fried onion and spices. lining the bottom of the taco was a line of lettuce, and on the side wall of each was a chunky slab of slightly melted monterey jack cheese

fresh aromatic vine tomatoes - they were fabulous, sprinkle of lemon, otherwise naked glory

 

boiled mixture of radishes and sweet pods - nice squidge of lemon on that

 

potatoes boiled soft in vegetable stock - seductive flavour

 

cooked in bits of olive oil and coriander etc. even had mustard climb on.

 

yea it was awesome. it was.

 

you can't make anything better

 

i had to get a tin opener from the neighbour
