Spooks is back :) and season 8 officially gave me more of a heart attack than the huge bangs echoing round the house. I hardly heard them because I was hiding behind a cushion, terrified and amazed at Nicola Walker's acting, trying not to scream too much when the new titles came on and squeeeing. LOTS. Harry and Ruth reunited after 3 years and thousands of postcards :) We kept the HR faith!
