Encounters (D365 - Day 25 - 2/20/08)
I attended the book launch party for Robert Rummel-Hudson's new book Schuyler's Monster, which is a memoir about his experiences raising his daughter with a neurological disorder that rendered her unable to speak. The event was held at a trendy NYC bar and Kerri was also in attendance. It was great meeting so many new people and also seeing some familiar faces.
After the event was over, Rob, his friend Jennifer, and I walked up to Rob's hotel but decided we want to get some food since none of us had had dinner. We stopped at a 24 hour diner on Lexington Avenue, which is where this photo was taken. Doesn't he look dapper in his shiny suit?
