So last night I discovered that a problem I've had for years actually has a name, and it's called dermatillomania (or skin picking disorder)! Now that I know the name I'm able to research ways to help me stop before I resort to medicine. Yay for progress! And speaking of progress, today marks 3 weeks of my 365 project!
