photoniv says: My favorite season is autumn, and this photo evokes memories of what autumn was like for me growing up on a dirt road off of a dirt road. Walking around my parents' property I would come across old abandoned farm tools and fence remnants that had this beautiful red glow, especially when bathed in afternoon sunlight.

photoniv says: I seem to be drawn to lines and patterns, especially those that continue off to an unseen end. The fence in this photo does this, as do the shadows. Together with the deep blue sky, this photo became an instant favorite of mine.
