Getting rusty when it comes to my laptop editing and photography in general. I'm in Rock Springs WY today, and yesterday because I-80 is closed due to winter storm. Decided I better check on my laptop battery and one thing lead to another.
I had an idea the other day about putting this picture together. Yes, together. I took several of these horses pictures near Devils Tower Wyoming and a bunch of the Tower pictures
All within an hour of each other. I've posted a picture of the horses, four in the posted picture years ago and a Devils Tower picture as well.
Anyway, thought it would be cool to combine them. Had to horizontally flip the horses because of the sun and shadows. Needed to keep them correct with Devil Towers light and shadows. Went with B&W since other than a little chunk of blue sky there wasn't much color to begin with. Going for that dramatic look, lol
Anyways, hope everyone survived 2022 and has a great 2023. My retirement is on the back burner... still. Lost so much money in my stock portfolio that I'll need to continue working and rebuilding from the rubbles. Health is good, making good money, family is well, including my mom. So what's to complain about, many have much worse problems to deal with. I call myself bruised but not broken.
