Rich Border mentioned this rock formation in the first picture of this Virginia River Gorge series, and called it "Mickey Mouse Magician's hat". So I'll start by thanking Rich for inadvertently helping me come up with a title. If you look at the first picture in the series, you'll see this on the right of the highway.
