cloud hook

Still one of my favorite sights in Newtown, for reasons I can't entirely explain. That the building is an old mill turned squat is part of the appeal -- it's unrenovated splendour is a tonic amidst the renovation spasm going on around it. Mostly, I just like the hook and the ferns growing out from between the bricks. There's a Morton Bay fig tree sprouting (again) from the top as well.
