The Lost Cham City (My Son, Vietnam 2009)
Located one hour from Hoi An, the My Son sanctuary was the religious centre for the capital of the Champa Kingdom. The majority of it was built in the 10th century. It lies in a valley surrounded by mountains, and served as a base for the Viet Cong during the war, resulting in extensive bombing. The brick temples that are still standing are amazing.
