Garden Tiger - Arctic caja

A striking moth with chocolate brown and white patterned forewings. The bright scarlet hindwing contain a series of black dots and remain hidden when at rest. When threatened, the hindwing are revealed in an attempt to startle a would-be predator, buying the moth time to make an escape.
