Château du Plessis-Bourré

There are twenty-four scenes or figures adorn the ceiling of the Guards Room. They tell stories, fables and fairytales. Some were so indecent that when the lady of the house saw them, she ordered them to be covered over with cloth. Thanks to this action, their detail is preserved to this day.
