Agneau de pré-salé, Mont Saint Michel

Agneau de pré-salé, or Salt Meaddow sheep come out to graze on the pastures at Mont Saint Michel. Because of the high salinity and iodine content of the grass, they produce meat that is "pre-salted". The dish is considered a delicacy in France.
