My 52 Frames: Week 16
Portrait of a weed.
I actually made an effort to go out into the world and make some images this week. Not a single one of them turned out. That happens to me more than I want to admit. Sometimes it’s just bad luck. Sometimes it’s the result of stupid mistakes that I can’t believe I’ve made once I realize what I did. Mistakes like calculating zone adjustments backwards and doubling exposure time instead of halving it. Like not taking my depth of field into account and getting a GREAT shot of a chain link fence rather then the subject beyond it (When done correctly you can all but make a fence disappear).
So, finding myself without a usable image for this week, I did what any good photographer does. I looked in the back yard for something interesting. The only thing I found was dandelions.
