For a change, a bit of ancient cultural and architectural history.
It was Christmas and I traveled alone, with little luggage and the photo equipment during a stay in Sinai/Egypt, via Israel to Jordan for two intensive days of photography in the ancient city of the Nabataeans.
I was able to see everything I wanted without the dependencies of a group tour, was able to talk a lot with locals, was invited to tea everywhere, simply an unforgettable experience.
Es war Weihnachten und ich bin allein, nur mit wenig Gepäck und der Fotoausrüstung während eines Aufenthalts auf dem Sinai/Ägypten über Israel nach Jordanien gereist für zwei intensive Fototage in der antiken Stadt der Nabatäer.
Ich konnte, ohne die Abhängigkeiten während einer Gruppenreise, alles sehen, was ich wollte, habe viel mit Einheimischen sprechen können, wurde überall zum Tee eingeladen, einfach ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.
