*Cosmic Ashtray aka Volcano@ first look*
Classic of the Gran Staircase Escalante National Monument somewhere in the rocky desert of the American Southwest not far from Spencer Flat and Old Sheffield Road.
There are no signs, but you can find the coordinates on the internet. So go there with GPS only, otherwise you will hardly find the location at the end of a long hike. You can only see the volcano when you stand directly in front of it.

Es gibt keine Hinweisschilder, aber im Internet findet man die Koordinaten. Also nur mit GPS dort hingehen, sonst wird man die Location am Ende einer langen Wanderung kaum finden. Man sieht den Vulkan erst, wenn man direkt davor steht.
