Yesterday I was able to photograph the first praying mantises in the volcanic Eifel this year.
Due to the great drought there is not much green in nature anymore. So these insects adapt to their environment in color, that they are hardly discovered.
To dampen the clear morning light, I used a diffuser.
Gestern konnte ich die ersten Gottesanbeterinnen in diesem Jahr in der Vulkaneifel fotografieren.
Aufgrund der großen Trockenheit ist nicht mehr viel grün in der Natur zu finden. So passen diese Insekten sich farblich ihrer Umgebung an, dass man sie kaum entdeckt.
Um das harte Vormittagslicht ein wenig zu dämpfen nutzte ich einen Diffusor.
