Dart Frog - Dendrobates auratus - "Costa Rican Green & Black"

Dendrobates auratus are found through out southern Central America, from Nicaragua through Panama.The Dendrobates auratus have quite a few subspecies. There are dozens of different color forms of this frog. The color and pattern can be different from one population to another.
It is sitting on a beautiful red & green bromeliad.
