Thousands of starlings still gather around the pier in murmurations before sunset. Be quick - the birds will disappear by the end of March. I will soon be focussing my attention on birding at nature reserves around Sussex, where I'll be putting my new (used) 1.4x teleconverter to good use. Thanks to Alex Witt for the recommendation!
