I really had a lot of fun with my folding bike at this refuge. I was there for about 8 days. The first day I walked around with two cameras, each with their own lens. This was too heavy. The next day, I took the two cameras, two lens, a tripod, a chair to sit in, and water bottles, using a luggage carrier. Nope, that was too much work. Then the third day, I took one camera with two lens and carried everything on my folding bike. That worked great. I was able to get around quickly, and I was able to learn how to carry my camera and lens in a way that they wouldn't be damaged. I had the second lens in a back pack. What would take the other photographers a couple of hours to do, I could do in 45 minutes and it wasn't tiring. On the fourth day, I got the idea of doing a sunrise, using the bike as a prop. In the left corner, you can see something that looks like a single flower. It is actually an Osprey nest that is about a quarter mile away.
