The number plate identifiers show that the car was built at Special Vehicle Preparations. A local company based in Earls Colne that builds emergency vehicles. Predominately they build Fords including most of the UK Ford Demonstrator police vehicles. Examples include the Focus RS, Mustangs and Raptor Ranger we’ve seen in recent years.
