Winter ‘Floof’

These recent picture bring back so many memories of COLD days!

 

The family was up by Red Feathers Lake to cut firewood firewood, and I was struggling to take this photo between gusts of wind intent on blowing this ‘floof’ away in a cloud of snow.

 

Not quite sure the species of plant, but I would be curious to know.
