Pt. Balkrishna Vaidya s/o Late Shri Keshavraoji Vaidya and Retd. State Bank Of Indore, was an eminent Pakhawaj Exponent. He performed a number of times on Doordarshan & All India Radio. For his outstanding skills in Pakhawaj he has been awarded with President's Award by the Hon'ble President of India.
He has perfomed his art not only in India but in USA as well.
He passed away on 22 May 2009.
