Assembly Racks

Q211 rolls down Assembly Street towards Cayce Yard after sitting at the Andrews Siding for a few hours. A High and Wide ran earlier in the day, causing a need for the yard to be clear. In my 2 years in Columbia, I have never seen this happen, and I likely won't again.
